Content Strategy / Event Communication
Solution
Consultant Week.
A five-day internal event communication campaign built around technical topics, speakers, video and shared resources.
Communication was structured across multiple stages of the event, from building awareness of the five-day programme to introducing speakers and sessions and creating an accessible post-event knowledge resource.

01 / Communication Challenge
Five days. one
connected experience.
The event brought together different technical themes, speakers and presentation resources across five days. Communication needed to establish the programme clearly, create anticipation before the sessions and give participants a structured way to return to event material afterwards.
02 / Event Communication System
From anticipation
to access.
Rather than treating each asset independently, communication was organised around the role it played in the event lifecycle.

Five days.
Five themes.
The first campaign introduced the structure of the week through one visual per day, giving each technical theme its own communication moment while maintaining a consistent campaign identity.

04 / Speaker + Session Campaign
From topic preview to session detail.
The second campaign added specificity by connecting each day with its speaker and session topic, shifting communication from broad anticipation toward actionable programme information.

05 / Video Communication
Extending the campaign
through motion.
Video added another communication layer to the campaign, using movement, pacing and sequencing to reinforce the event narrative.
